Career Transition and Outplacement Services
We offer a comprehensive range of individual programs and group workshops to those either facing redundancy or looking to re-invigorate their careers. We can provide communication training for managers, notification day support as well as working with survivors to ensure those who are left continue to perform.
Our broad range of executive, manager and employee programs offer flexibility to cater to your employees needs, we are not an outplacement production line nor do we take the "cookie cutter" approach. We will match the most relevant and effective program and career consultant to each employee, taking into account occupation, seniority, salary, level of responsibility, number of years with the organisation, and last, but not least, individual needs.
Every program participant will be assigned his or her own personal career consultant. Our emphasis is on flexibility in meeting the individual's needs rather than strictly following a rigid process. Our consultant will set up a regular pattern of personal meetings, on average once or twice per week depending on their needs.
We also provide Retirement and Start your Own Business programs and group workshops as an alternative to the career programs.
